Day 28. A Year.

3 days to go to finish this #30DaysBlogChallenge!
Owkay, today’s theme is about this year in a great detail.

What can I say about the year 2013?
Well, I guess nothing much happened in 2013 so far. But I still have 5 months to go before this year end, so I will just write about everything happened in the last 7 months.

In January, I had something terrible happened. I had Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever and were hospitalized in the hospital. To make it worse, not only me, my babysitter, my maid were also had the Dengue and also were hospitalized. My husband was not in the city, so I had to ask my mother to look after Naya. I was really shocked to know that after I discharged from the hospital, Naya had fever as well. Alhamdulillah, it turned out to be a-common-viral-thing. Moral of the story, I realized that sometimes as a doctor, I didn’t rest so well, I didn’t pay attention to my own health and my environment. I felt that this month was hard, I don’t wanna to face such a thing anymore.

In February, I worked in the Emergency Department. It was 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 28 days a month of working. I was soooo  busy I couldn’t write anything in my blog. I was exhausted, and stressed out. But Alhamdulillah, this too shall pass right?:D I could pass it very well. Moral of the story, I loose weight!:)) and it turned out that being in the Emergency Department helped me a lot to wean the breastfeeding process:D

In March, I was busy, but not as busy as before. I prepared Naya’s 2nd birthday which the theme was Hello Kitty. I went to the mall a lot this monthJ)))))
And I have a short escape to Jakarta. Not only for very-short-holiday, but I accompanied my mom to the doctor for check-ups. I also had a photoshoot in Ayahbunda Magazine. Well, me and Naya actualy:D

In April, I worked in Balung, Jember for a month. Although I considered Balung as a remote area where no mall existed, actually it was fun! I spent a whole month with Naya there. Naya was so happy to see cows, goats, rabbits that rarely could be found in Surabaya. The Ayahbunda Magazine where Naya and I featured as cover was published. I were so happy I thought this could be my highest achievement this year:D

In May, there was no highlight I guess. Everything ran well, everybody was owkayJ To be honest, I could not remember what did I do or what was up this month:p But I do remember that I was busy as hell to prepare my examination. I would have one in July:D Ah, I remember one more thing! My publisher told me that they were starting to edit my book, and hopefully my next book would published immediately *fingers crossed*

In June,  I finally faced the examination. It ran very well actually, surprise surprise!:p Anyway, another highlight for this month, my mom came to Surabaya. I was so excited and happy! It was like a week full of mall-journey:p
I really missed the moments with her. Gossiping, shopping, or simply just playing with Naya. And in this month, I got interviewed by Jawa Pos:D

In July, the Jawa Pos where I had the interview was published. I was so surprised to know that I was featured on the front page! Awww. Thank you, Jawa Pos! I started to do my research on Neutrophil Gelatinase-Associated Lipocalin –don’t even ask:p-, I collected samples, I went here, I went there, and all the stuffs. Its kinda tiring, but i do hope it will help me to graduate ASAP!:p
I had a family trip this month, the first time in our life as a family:D

Alhamdulillah for all these times ya Allah, i hope days ahead will be better, amin!
