Review Lagi -Indri

Meta-morphosis, sebuah buku yang –sepertinya-- merupakan kumpulan cerita harian di sebuah blog milik seorang dokter, presenter, penulis, MC, penyiar –mau apa lagi kak meta? ;p—Ya, adalah Meta Hanindita, seorang wanita asal bandung yang mendapat gelar dokternya dari UNAIR dengan sederetan occupation diatas –ehem, btw occupation saya selain mahasiswi ada ga ya? Blogger? Faceboker? YM-er? entahlah *hopeless*--. so, buku –nonfiksi ya—ini mengisahkan tentang kejadian-kejadian yang dialami oleh meta. Dari sifat pelupa-nya yang sangat parah –sbenernya saya ga percaya dengan cerita-cerita lupa dia, masak sih seorang dokter bisa lupa keterlaluan kayak gitu, haha piss kak Met ;p- sampai kisahnya pada saat student exchange di Denmark. Cerita ketika Meta jalan-jalan mengelilingi Europe --ke italia, paris,jerman-- dan setelahnya ke Denmark untuk mengikuti medical student exchange disana. –-Trip to Europe and Neurosurgery g-gila. Dia merebut impian saya rasanya Hehehe-- Yang pasti buku ini worth it dan cukup menghibur. Meta tidak hanya cerita tentang kesehariannya, tapi juga membahas tentang pendapat-pendapat dia soal issue-issue tertentu, misalnya tentang jodoh, waktu, kenapa dia memilih dokter,etc tentunya dengan pendapat yang bisa membuat saya bergumam sendiri --atau bahkan mendebat yah?hehe— Senang dengan gaya bahasanya, easy reading dan sangat kental ke-blog-annya, juga karena Meta selalu menyelipkan istilah-istilah medis –yang sebenernya saya lupa itu artinya apaan. Haha, trimakasih dah diingetiin!--
And there’s a scene that I really like so muccch, when Meta met someone –a man-- in venice Italy, and He suddenly said this to Meta :

“It’s not important how much money do you have, how many car do you own, what kind of job do you do, or how fancy your house is. When you’re in my age, all you gotta do is feel sorry for everything you actually COULD have but you didn’t.
When you’re 20’s u wait until you get older to enjoy your life. When you’re 30’s, you still wait until you get older to enjoy your life. When you’re 40’s, you still wait to enjoy life and blab la bla
Well, my point is, just live your life NOW! Enjoy your life NOW! You can enjoy your life starting now, don’t wait, don’t postpone, don’t waste your time. If you have something you wanna do, then do it now. But, remember to keep all aspects in a balance. Your relationship to God, to human being, and spare time for yourself.

Meta said that she really like that place, and then he replied
“go back there with your future husband. Have you find him already?
Well don’t try to find him. He’s the one who has to find you.
See, if he’s the one who finds you then he’ll really understand how to take a really good care of you. Know how to treat you well, and never let you down. So your job now is just wait and see.

I think she was soo lucky to meet a new friend –a wise man, I think-- like him  Tambah lagi, beruntungnya punya banyak great experiences, bertemu dengan gorgeous people, terutama ikut serta operasi di luar negeri, neurosurgery!! *shocked*. Lucky metaaa! Hehehe
